His name is Pongo the poor dog abandoned in Catania in the garbage. She has a sweet face, good eyes, a lovely character. Yet someone thought of getting rid of him in the worst way, throwing him away as if it were waste, an object to get rid of without thinking about it. Here she is story of the rescue of the sweet Pongo.
Luckily Pongo was alive in garbage bag where some volunteers found him in Catania. The little one should be around 6 months old and weighs 11 kilos. It has a beautiful honey-colored fur, which changes according to the light.
Her hazel eyes are very sweet, penetrating, one tells sad story, that of abandonment, but they also represent the hope of those who know that they are now in good hands. When Pongo looks at you, his heart melts and you can’t help but pamper him to finally make him feel safe.
Pongo continues to tail wagging and trusting humans, despite the trauma suffered. But he has the heart after and seems to have forgiven those who locked him in a bag destined to die. Thanks to his goodness he is already ready to start a new life, with a family that is this time forever.
The puppy is today with the volunteers, who are taking care of and pampering him so as not to make him miss anything. But surely there is a loving family out there ready to welcome little Pongo, asking for nothing more than a little affection, which perhaps was denied him in his first months of life.
