The Elder Scrolls is, without a doubt, one of the great franchises in the video game industry, which was already tremendously well-known, but managed to gain a foothold in the “mainstream” thanks to its fifth installment. The sixth installment of this franchise was already announced a long time ago, and although it hurts us directly in age, more than ten years have passed since the launch of Skyrim. Despite this, we have not known practically any details about this sixth installment officially, that is, our only resource is leaks.
Now, a few months after the launch of Starfield, another Bethesda title, we have been able to learn some details about this The Elder Scrolls VI, although it is necessary to warn that the veracity of these leaks is not entirely clear.
It won’t have dragons?!
We have been able to discover all these details thanks to the leak on Twitter by a user known as “SkullziTV”, who has claimed to have received this information from anonymous sourcesalthough we also know that cannot verify its complete veracity. Despite this, we know that other leakers have said they have received similar information, but like this aforementioned Twitter user, they cannot verify the complete veracity of it.
Bethesda stuff I’m hearing from an anonymous source, please take this with a grain of salt, don’t claim it as an inside statement from me:
– PvPvE game in dev at Roundhouse that may surprise you
– TES VI set in Hammerfell
– TES VI will have a political system
(Tweet continued)– SKULLZI @ (@SkullziTV) April 26, 2022
Now yes, speaking of the leaks, we have known different details of the most interesting, among which we can highlight that the game will have a strong component of political intrigues, betrayals and othersas well as that will be set in Hammerfell and that will have no dragons unlike its predecessor where dragons were a very important part of the story and gameplay.
In addition, it is also mentioned that The Elder Scrolls VI would be in the process of development, something that is hard to believe given that Starfield has not yet come out, that is, that Bethesda has not yet been able to focus all its efforts on the sixth installment of one of its star franchises. Likewise, it is also mentioned that the title would be thought to be launched between 2025 and 2026something that does not sound so fanciful if we take into account the terse statements Todd Howard, executive producer of Bethesda.
