Pensions reform: away from work at 64 and 3% penalty?
Pension reformwhat will happen from 2023. Without government intervention, the Fornero law would come back into force with retirement at 67 years old. But the social partners are working to find a square that avoids this situation by looking and the proposal could lead to have been out of work for 64 years with at least 20 contributions it’s a 3% penalty at the most for each year in advance.
Pensions, quota 41 for the reform?
THE labor unions in turn they have some ideas on the subject of pension reform. For example, long ago Paolo Capone, Secretary General of the Ugl had explained: “The opening of the Government the provision of mechanisms that incentivize the flexibility leaving the world of work goes in the direction desired by the UGL, however we are not in favor of the full contribution recalculation. Quota 102, currently in force, will expire at the end of the year and, in the absence of a social security reform, starting from 2023 the Fornero Law would return into force, providing for the retirement at 67 … We strongly oppose a gradual return of the Fornero Law and we believe that the best solution remains Odds 41, which provides for 41 years of contributions regardless of working age. It is therefore essential to protect the acquired rights of workers, while at the same time guaranteeing generational turnover and the entry of young people into the world of work “.
