We are referring to Call of Duty, a title that has gone from having 250 million users per month in March of last year, to having 200 million during the same period this year.

This data is one of those provided by the company itself in its most recent fiscal report where they have also reported that Blizzard has gone from 27 to 22 million active users per month and King dropped from 258 to 250 million.
The data on the drop in Call of Duty users integrates all the games in the saga, so this could be due to the lower sales performance of Call of Duty: Vanguard compared to Black Ops: Cold War, although they also mentioned that Warzone had a slight dip in performance and Call of Duty: Mobile had a flat performance this past quarter.
