Ducati currently has only one world title, won in 2007 thanks to Casey Stoner, the only one so far to be able to best interpret the “red” of Borgo Panigale. 23 are the victories won by the couple, in four years of partnership, which however risked failure before being born. I asked him if he intended to ride our bike, he asked me if it was Honda-Michelin, the best at the time. When I nodded, he said, ‘Give me a napkin and let’s sign‘”. This allowed Ducati to write a page in MotoGP history, the most glorious so far.
