ROME, APR 15 – Russia sent a formal diplomatic note to Washington this week warning that US and NATO shipments of “more sensitive” weapon systems to Ukraine are “fueling” the conflict and could lead to “unpredictable consequences” : the Washington Post (Wp) reports, which has viewed a copy of the document. The initiative follows US President Joe Biden’s approval of the shipment of new weapons, including Mi-17 helicopters and 155mm Howitzer, for an additional $ 800 million. (HANDLE).
