But the author replies, shaking off the accusation of anti-Semitism: «In this drawing there is no reference to Zelensky’s Jewishness, which is completely irrelevant to me. If I draw a caricature (it is called in this way because it “loads” the facial features) it is obvious that because the subject resembles the “loaded” features: Zelensky has an important nose not because he is Jewish but because it is his nose ». And Vauro adds: «I never thought that Jews necessarily have hooked noses, also because I know many who have various types of noses, I wouldn’t even want to answer all those idiots who comment on Zelensky’s nose. I do it only because if it is not pure imbecility it is bad faith ».
