One cold front arriving from the North Atlantic (disturbance n.6) temporarily interrupts the dominion of theanticyclone, investing the central Adriatic regions and those of the South. Here, between tomorrow evening and Saturday morning, there will be some rain and a fast thermal drop. The North remains dry, where the extreme phase of Drought and persist mists in the Po Valley and along the coasts of the upper Adriatic. Weather for the next few hours
In the north, even thick fogs and low cloud layers over the plain; cloudy sky in Liguria, partially cloudy in the other areas due to the passage of harmless cloud cover; sunniest weather in the Alps in the afternoon. Cloudy or very cloudy skies in Tuscany, Umbria and northern Lazio; fog banks in the morning on the Adriatic coasts of the Center, thinning out in the late morning, with only veils that will cross the southern peninsular in the same day. More compact clouds between lower Calabria and Messina, where light rains will be possible. Clouds also on the northern coasts of Sardinia, with partial attenuation from mid-day. In the evening, the mists in the North return to thicken.
Slightly rising temperatures in the central regions; values below normal in the northern areas with the most persistent fogs.
Generally weak winds, with Mistral reinforcements on Sicily and Ionian Sea.
Seas mostly little moved, locally moved the Ionian offshore and the Sicilian Channel.

In the morning, sometimes dense fogs in the Po Valley and along the coasts between Veneto and Emilia Romagna, in subsequent dissolution, with ample clearing from mid-day throughout the North-West. Low clouds and more persistent mists over lower Lombardy and Emilia. Clouds leaning against the central-eastern Alps on the border, with local snowfalls in the north of South Tyrol. Cloudy or very cloudy skies starting in the morning over the Tyrrhenian regions and Umbria, with subsequent increasing clouds also in the other inland and Adriatic areas of the Center-South; some rain in the afternoon on Abruzzo, Molise and northern Puglia, more intense in the evening, with snow level gradually decreasing just below 1000 meters. In the evening some isolated rain also on Salento, Basilicata and Calabria. Partly cloudy to
partly cloudy in the Islands.
Temperatures rising almost everywhere in the minimum values; peaks rising, even sensible, on the western Po Valley, decreasing in the Alps; without major variations elsewhere.

In the north, in the morning, extensive fogs in the Po Valley and along the coasts between Veneto and Emilia Romagna, but dissolving by mid-day at the latest. For the rest, the weather was mostly sunny, except for the passage of high and thin clouds over the north-east regions, denser towards the alpine barrier, and some low cloud banks on the Ligurian coasts.
In the center and over Sardinia mostly clear skies, except for some residual clouds in the morning between Abruzzo and Molise and some fog in the afternoon. From the evening low clouds rising over Tuscany.
In the south and on Sicily, irregular and residual cloudiness in the morning, with subsequent passage in generally sunny weather.
Temperatures: minimum decreasing in the Center-North, increasing in the South and on Sicily, with probable weak frosts at dawn in the North. Maximum decreasing in the middle Adriatic, in the South and in Sicily, where they will temporarily fall below the norm; rising in the Alps.
Winds: from moderate to thesis of Tramontana in the South and on the facing seas, up to strong or very strong on the Ionian Sea; generally weak elsewhere.
