ROME, JAN 24 – The law contained in article 41 bis of the penitentiary system, which – according to the interpretation of the Court of Cassation – imposes a censorship approval on correspondence between the prisoner subjected to the “Hard prison” and their own defender. This was established by the Constitutional Court with sentence no. 18 filed today (editor Francesco Viganò), accepting the question of legitimacy raised by the same Supreme Court. (HANDLE).
