Construction of Steenbrugge in Deventer can continue: judge rejects objections

The construction of almost 800 homes in the Steenbrugge district in Deventer can continue for the time being. Two local residents tried to stop construction because they fear that nitrogen emissions from construction will affect the IJssel area. The Council of State rejected this objection today, because the IJssel is too far away from their home, so they cannot object.
