ROME, 23 JAN – There are 138,860 new infections from Covid in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health. Yesterday there were 171,263. The victims are instead 227, while yesterday they were 333. The swabs carried out are 933,384, yesterday they were 1,043,649. The positivity rate is 14.9%, down from 16.4% yesterday. There are 1,685 patients in intensive care, 9 more in the balance between income and expenses. Daily admissions are 132. Patients with symptoms in ordinary wards are 19,627, or 185 more than yesterday. (HANDLE).
