Munzir al-Nazzal and his son Mustafa come to Italy for prostheses, we know their story better
Over the last few hours they have arrived in Italy Munzir al-Nazzal and his son Mustafa with the aim of receiving the prosthesis e cure long-term. Protagonists of this moving history I am Muzir al-Nazzal and his son Mustafa who were winners of a photo in a competition in Siena. Both mutilated and war victims had the opportunity to escape from Turkey and reach theItaly where they will receive the prostheses and the right care.
Munzir al-Nazzal’s life was forever marked in the year 2016 when one bomb, released on the Idlib market hit them. In that tragic moment there was also his next to him wife, who was pregnant with Mustafa. The man lost one gamba while his wife paid the consequences of that gas inhaled when Mustafa was born.
In fact, now the child is suffering from Tetra Amelia, a genetic disease that caused him to not train his leg and arms. Thanks to one of them Photo, taken by photographer Mehmet Aslan, who was awarded the title of winner at a competition in Siena, the whole family of the man has arrived in Italy where he will have a new vita.
In fact, it is precisely in our country that both Munzir al-Nazzal and his son will receive the prostheses thanks to which they will be able to return to to walk. Landed at 5 pm at the Fiumicino airport, the man will move to Siena. Here will meet Luca Venturi, the curator of the exhibition who awarded their photo.
It’s not all. Luca Venturini himself decided to open one fundraiser thanks to which he collected 100mila euro. This money will allow the man’s family to pay for medical treatment which will take place at the Prosthesis Center of Vigoroso di Budrio.
