Thus the Undersecretary for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, Gian Marco Centinaio, announces the unanimous approval by the Mipaaf of the candidacy for Unesco’s intangible heritage of humanity of “The Italian espresso between culture, ritual, sociability and literature in the emblematic communities from Venice to Naples “. “We are very pleased to have arrived at a unified candidacy” he comments.
