BMW waves goodbye to the mighty V12

It will soon be really over and out for the V12 at BMW. The brand is building a last series 7-series with V12 to say goodbye to the 6.6-liter block.

While one car manufacturer after another has discontinued the development of new combustion engines and focused entirely on the development of electric powertrains, BMW is simply working on a new generation of petrol and diesel engines. This includes six and eight cylinders, but you will no longer encounter a new V12 at BMW in the future.
