Netflix released the trailer and the poster of Fidelity, the new limited series, in 6 episodes, freely based on the novel of the same name by Marco Missiroli, published by Einaudi, finalist at 73rd Strega Prize e winner of the Young Witch Award.
The series will be available on Netflix, in all countries where the service is active, from February 14, 2022.
On the day dedicated to lovers, the story of a modern love in which passion and complicity give way to jealousy and obsession, when the doubt of betrayal creeps.

The series is produced by Aunt Film and written by Alessandro Fabbri (Head writer), Elisa Amoruso e Laura Colella, directed by Andrea Molaioli (The girl by the lake, Suburra – the series) e Stefano Cipani (My brother chases dinosaurs).
In the cast, in addition to Michele Riondino (Carlo Pentecoste) e Lucrezia Guidone (Margherita Verna), Caroline Hall (Sofia Casadei), Leonardo Pazzagli (Andrea) and Maria Paiato (Anna Verna).
Set between Milan and Rimini, Fidelity is an exploration of desire and betrayal, and their consequences, through the story of two spouses.
Carlo, part-time professor of creative writing, e Margherita, architect turned real estate agent, they are in love, but it happens that their desires stray from the confines of their bedroom. Carlo craves the quiet beauty of one of his students, Sofia; Margherita fantasizes about her physiotherapist Andrea. The dream of a new apartment in the heart of Milan could be just what Carlo and Margherita need to strengthen their relationship which becomes a symbol and expression of fidelity, not only as a couple, but also towards themselves.
