TURIN, 14 JAN – The three-year-old girl who fell from the fourth floor of a building in via Milano last night in Turin has died. Arrived at the emergency room of the Regina Margherita children’s hospital in desperate conditions, during the night the doctors tried a delicate neurological intervention, but the little girl could not withstand the severe head trauma suffered in the fall. The Mobile Police Station investigates the incident, listening to the mother, the woman’s cohabitant and a neighbor. It is still unclear whether at the time of the accident the child was alone in the house with her mother’s cohabitant or if the mother was also there. The little girl lived with her mother, a 41-year-old Italian, in the building in via Milano, a few steps from the Porta Palazzo market. The woman’s partner, a 32-year-old Moroccan who is not the child’s father, lives in the apartment next door. Investigators are interviewing the couple and other witnesses to figure out who the child was with at the time of the fall. In falling he had suffered a very serious head injury, chest trauma and multiple bone injuries. (HANDLE).
