The two are still not sure about the exact reason for the split. The reality star does say that the choice to separate has been discussed in good consultation: “It was a joint decision, but not an easy and certainly not a nice decision to make.” She continues: “This is not something what we wanted, but it’s better this way. We still talk and have absolutely no quarrels and we want to keep it that way.”
Despite the fact that Ricky and Jaydi have said goodbye to each other in good harmony, it is very difficult for her. ”One day I’m very happy and I’m doing great, and the next day I’m through it and I’m crying a lot. We’re going to let it get to us.”
Jaydi says she keeps in close contact with Ricky about their dogs: “We will do a kind of co-parenting. (…) Until I have my own place, they will stay with Ricky. I find that really difficult.” However, the reality star is not worried about this. “We’re going to arrange it all very well.”
The two announced the sad news about their relationship on Instagram last Friday. “We never expected to get to this point. Unfortunately, we have both decided that our love affair has come to an end. We laughed a lot, cried a lot, made beautiful memories and enjoyed each other immensely. We don’t argue at all and love each other very much. That is precisely why we have come to this decision together,” they wrote in the post.
Ricky and Jaydi got in Temptation Island a relationship and immediately started living together when they got home, after which two four-legged friends soon joined their household.
Before she got into a relationship with Ricky, Jaydi was with Sonny for about 1.5 years. Once in Italy, she decided to end the relationship and leave her boyfriend for Ricky. Sonny then decided to leave the program. Jaydi previously talked about this on ‘Love Therapy’.
