TURIN. It is the Ugo Mattei show today in Piazza Castello in Turin, where the No Green Pass movement again demonstrates against the obligation of the vaccine for the over 50s and against the old and new restrictions decided by the Government. Four hundred people in garrison: the activists of the “Variante Torinese”, which has been organizing protests in the city since this summer, the newborn “National Liberation Committee”, which sees among the exponents the former candidate for mayor of Turin, the anarchists, the No Pass of the Susa Valley. The philosopher Massimo Cacciari and the television author Carlo Freccero joined. But there aren’t any. And Ugo Mattei from the stage harangues those present alone.
No Vax protests in Turin, Mattei: “Let’s refound the CLN, we must give a political brain to this operation”

“This is the renaissance of the National Liberation Committee,” he thunders. «I was told that it is not possible to compare the reality of the fascist regime with the reality of the dragon regime. Instead it is so. I use the word regime with good reason and not making this comparison is bigoted. To say that this situation is not comparable to fascism only serves to power ». Do you want to found a party? «No, the parties are already there. We need to get out of this monothematic logic ».
After all, Mattei had already tried this summer, before the local elections. Candidate for mayor for a civic list, from the first moment he put himself at the head of the people of the “No”. Now «No Green Pass», at the time «No Vax» or «Free Vax». His “Futura Beni Comuni” list had received 765 votes. Now he tries again: “We represent a social alternative,” he shouts. Launching into a historical reconstruction: “Mussolini was wanted by Confindustria”. A parallelism with the pseudo “strong powers” in the sights of the no Pass.
Masks there are few. “It’s a muzzle,” says Pino Fontanarosa, an AVI employee. Who also withdrew his sixteen-year-old son from school: “Let’s take our kids out of these camps.”
