Barcelona managed to win 0-1 when they visited Mallorca’s headquarters at the Mallorca Estadi in the 20th week of La Liga 2021/22, Monday (3/12) WIB. This result lifted Barca’s position to fifth in the 2021/22 La Liga standings with a score of 31 points, one point difference from Atletico Madrid in fourth place.
Barcelona clearly looked very dominant in the first half by creating a number of opportunities. In the 28th minute Luuk de Jong’s shot hit the post and a few seconds later his acrobatic shot hit the crossbar again,
Luuk de Jong managed to open the scoring for the visitors moments before halftime with a header. The 0-1 score closed the match in the first half.
Despite still dominating the game in the second half, Frenkie de Jong cs failed to add a goal. But a 0-1 victory was enough for Xavi Hernandez’s men to open the door to fourth position again wide open.

Ilias Akhomach (7/10): Didn’t touch the ball much but made three key passes, effective.
Luke de Jong (8/10): His header was one of five aerial duels he won in this match.
Ferran Jutgla (7/10): Not a lot of creating dangerous moments in the opponent’s defense but involved a lot in building attacks.
Alvaro Sanz (6/10): Just to give new energy in the midfield and keep the dominance in the hands of Barca.
