L’last week of the year sees a weather scene characterized by other rains that this time will reach the extreme south and Sicily in a more decisive way. This situation of instability, with a rather mild climate especially in the Center-South, will persist until mid-week. Then to New Year’s, an important weather turning point is looming. An anticyclonic area, with roots in northwestern Africa – explain the meteorologists of IconaMeteo.it -, will determine exceptionally high temperatures, especially in the Alpine sector where the difference could also be of 10-15 degrees compared to the seasonal average. This widespread atmospheric stability will contribute to the return of mists in the Center-North, locally also dense and persistent.
