ST changes team and focuses on sustainability and digital transformation: the executive committee has been renewed since January
STMicroelectronics reviews the executive committee team with the aim of strengthening its orientation towards digital transformation, the sustainability and the value creation. The body entrusted with the management of the companies chaired by the CEO Jean-Marc Chery – explains a note – sees the appointment of Marco Cassis as president of the Analog group, Mems and Sensors, maintaining a series of corporate responsibilities for Strategy Development, System Research and Applications and the Innovation Office. Lorenzo Grandi confirmed chief financial officer and will be appointed president of Finance, Purchasing, Erm and Resilience. Jerome Roux, currently executive vice president of the Asia Pacific region, he will be named president of Sales & Marketing with responsibilities extended to the EMEA, Americas and China regions, as well as the Global Key Account and Demand Planning organizations.
