Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, is still furious with Paris Saint-Germain not wanting to let Kylian Mbappe go in the transfer market last summer. Perez even called PSG a “crazy” club owned by a country.
Madrid have really wanted to get Mbappe since two seasons ago. Their big chance is actually in this summer. Even Madrid had given big funds to bring out Mbappe from PSG. Unfortunately, it was also rejected outright by PSG.
“We try to bring in the best players, we also guarantee that he will play in the first team. But if we give them 200 million euros, they (PSG) will not sell it,” Perez explained as quoted by Football Italia.
“We can indeed get it for free, and indeed the situation is better. However, right now there are clubs owned by a country that don’t want to sell their players at all,” Perez quipped.
Mbappe himself is reportedly no longer at home playing for PSG, especially now that Lionel Messi is present in the team. The former AS Monaco player is also reportedly looking for a new challenge in his career.
