(ANSA-AFP) – MOSCOW, OCTOBER 14 – The prestigious French gastronomic guide Michelin has published its first volume dedicated to Russia, assigning stars to various restaurants in Moscow. Nine places awarded a star, announced Gwendal Poullennec, international director of the Michelin Guides. Twins Garden of twins Ivan and Sergei Berezutsky received two stars, as well as Artest from the Russian group Novikov with chef Artem Estafev. Among the restaurants that have received a star is Chef Vladimir Moukhine’s White Rabbit, to which an episode of the popular Netflix series ‘Chef’s Table’ has been dedicated. None have received the coveted three Michelin stars. In total, 69 restaurants in the Russian capital were listed in the guide. (ANSA-AFP).
