The footballer and the entrepreneur believed they had already found their dream home …
Leo Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo have been in Paris for about a month. As they put their lives in order and searched for a new home that would meet their needs, they initially settled in a luxury five-star hotel located near the Arc de Triomphe. While they were evaluating different properties both inside and outside the city, Antonella Roccuzzo and Leo Messi fell in love with a luxurious mansion, but before making the second visit they had an unpleasant surprise. When the owner found out that Messi and her family were looking for her, she raised the price.
Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo have a clear idea of what they are looking for in their new home. It should have an indoor pool, gym, individual rooms for their three children, air conditioning, covered parking and a large garden. The couple fell in love with a 2,000 square meter indoor villa, located in the luxurious Ibis Parc de Vésinet, just 20 minutes from Paris. The palace is inspired by the 1900 Grand Trianon, classified as a historical monument and has entertainment spaces on the ground floor and a large garden. The “Palais Rose” (Pink Palace) owes its name to the pink marble pilasters that adorn the façade. This villa includes: multiple reception rooms, four suites, a cinema, a games room, a 16 meter indoor swimming pool, a squash court and a spacious gymnasium. In addition, the many facilities also include a sanatorium, staff accommodation, a guesthouse and garage, all on a 7000 sqm lot of immaculate and lush greenery. The owner of the house has increased the rent price to 10,000 euros per month. This gesture did not please Messi, so much so that the real estate agencies that manage this problem, in total three, are already looking for a new home for the Argentine, as confirmed by Catalan and the Culemania.com site.
