Vertis, SGR active in the management of funds of private equity e venture capital, has perfected the first closing From the bottom “Vertis Venture 5 Scaleup” (hereinafter VV5) to € 35.3 million. The fund raising will remain open until July 2022 with a target of € 100 million. VV5 is the fifth fund of venture capital of Vertis and the third dedicated to supporting innovative companies in an advanced stage of development, already present on the market with their products or services and with high growth potential, even at an international level.
VV5 was born thanks to the support ofanchor investor CDP Venture Capital SGR, which invested in the new Vertis fund through the VenturItaly Fund of Funds (FoF) and the MISE co-investment fund, alongside the Fondazione di Sardegna and various entrepreneurs and professionals.
