Not only did he fight bosses, he also moved across the map, all while covering their eyes completely.
FromSoftware has a reputation for releasing titles with a high level of difficulty. Still, many players push their skills to the extreme, using mods and various kinds of challenges, to put themselves to the test. Such was the case with Mitchriz, a streamer from Twitch, who played Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice from start to finish, without opening his eyes.
Mitchriz used the sounds from the game to explore and fight.Mitchriz covered his eyes completely, using only the sounds that the title produced, as an indicator of what to do. Whether exploring or fighting, this streamer never relied on his eyesight to finish the title, quite a challenge considering that that title was Sekiro, a game considered extremely complicated by many players. Right here you can take a look at a small fragment of his entire adventure.
To make this achievement even more incredible, Mitchriz defeated one of the optional bosses at the end of the game, in a time of 4 hours 35 minutes. The streamer not only made it to Sekiro’s credits without using his eyes, but he did it in an extremely short time. It is worth mentioning that Mitchriz is a speedrunner of Sekiro, and knows all the corners of the 2019 Game of the Year quite well.
