The school at the center. On this front, the Scientific Technical Committee was very clear in the minutes of 12 July. First, government scientists say, avoiding Dad and getting the kids back to school is “top priority”. Second, vaccines are essential and therefore we must “promote vaccination in schools”. Not only that: the CTS does not speak explicitly of obligation but addresses a “strong recommendation” to politics “so that every effort is made to achieve high vaccination coverage” also “through the identification of further measures, including legislative ones”. Furthermore, in the event that it is “legally practicable”, the possibility of compulsory green pass for school staff should be hypothesized. As for the distance, the CTS recommends that it be maintained but opens to the possibility that it will jump.
