The former rally world champion, who won two World Championships and 15 races with the car, restores original specimens. On the program 8 customizable models with the iconic Martini Racing livery. The price? Between 250 and 300 thousand euros
A mythical car that comes back from the past thanks to its iconic driver: the combination of Miki Biasion and Lancia Delta Evo Martini Racing relives in a modern key. It is thanks to the great passion of the two-time world champion rally 1988 and 1989 that the Evo3 sees the light again.
Having become entrepreneur and restorer of Lancia Delta with Italia Motor Sport based in Codroipo (Udine), Biasion has created a very special limited edition version: eight units are currently planned, which will be built entirely by hand starting from as many “Deltona Hf” as standard.
“I poured all my passion and experience into this project and I am proud of it – explains Biasion, who at the wheel of the Lancia Delta has won 15 world championship races – I am happy to be able to bring the Delta myth back to the levels that compete with it. even if for a few specimens. Thanks to Martini Racing for the exclusive concession of the iconic livery that will brand my eight Delta Evo ”.
how they will be made
The shell is bare, reinforced and repainted with a special iridescent dye from opaque to metallescent guaranteed for life by Biasion. The interiors are made in collaboration with Sparco and include the use of top quality leathers and materials. The mechanics are based on that of the Delta Group A that dominated the rallies, with all the necessary updates to bring it to the levels of performance and comfort required today. There is also the “magic button”, a button by pressing which, thanks to the electronics, the Delta Evo by Biasion will not make the rally sisters regret it. All supported by Michelin Pilot Sport tires and the set-up personally developed by the Venetian champion in collaboration with Bilstein. Fully customizable, the eight Delta Evo Martini Racing are equipped with a special case made by Ma-Fra for car cosmetics and a Sparco clothing kit. The price? For true amateurs collectors: 250-300 thousand euros each, depending on the customizations.
