It will be an almost anecdotal review, common in the life cycle of a console. And it will weigh 300 grams less.
Although at the consumer level we usually know the reviews of consoles with commercial models, such as PS4 Pro, Xbox One X or the recently announced Nintendo Switch OLED, in the life cycle of these systems they are usually done minor revisions and practically priceless for the customer. It seems that PlayStation 5 is working on what would be its second version; at least in its digital model.
This new model does not have any changes in performance or specificationsThe well-known insider Nibellion has echoed a report from Japan that provides technical data and even the manual of the next revision of PS5. The current model has the nomenclature (CFI-1000B) and the new one would be the version (CFI-1100B). You can check it in the boxes of the console or in the codes inside the machine.
The only changes it would have with respect to the previous model is that it would be 300g lighter than the previous model and also some other different feature, with changes in the screws and other elements that do not really affect when we start playing.
Apparently, this new model will start shipping to stores at the end of July; in the next few days, wow. But as we say, it is very interesting, but almost anecdotalAs it does not offer changes to either the performance of the next generation PlayStation console or the specifications.
