For his responsibility in the crime of pederasty, Jorge “S”, who was a teacher at the “Luis Donaldo Colosio Murrieta” Secondary School, in Mexico City, was sentenced by a federal judge to nine years in prison.
The General Prosecutor of the Republic (FGR), through the Special Prosecutor’s Office on Human Rights (FEMDH), accredited before the Fourteenth District Judge of Federal Criminal Proceedings in Mexico City with residence in the South Prison, that the sentenced person took advantage of the trust he had in the minor, derived from his teaching relationship.
According to the FGR, the investigation carried out by the Federal Public Ministry (MPF), attached to the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Crimes of Violence Against Women and Trafficking in Persons (FEVIMTRA), led to an investigation that resulted result the exercise of criminal action against Jorge “S”.
In the process, the MPF accredited the crime and the full responsibility of the accused, so that the Fourteenth District Judge of Federal Criminal Proceedings in Mexico City residing in the South Prison, issued the aforementioned sentence, reported the Attorney General of the Republic.
