The investigation into the transfer of tickets to CV (Comando Vermelho) bosses in the federal penitentiary of Catanduvas (PR), with the help of a criminal agent, reveals death, gunshots in a favela in Rio de Janeiro and even a request for a raise in the “salary” paid for trafficking.
“I wanted an increase in cod [gíria para se referir ao pagamento]. It’s just that people can’t,” says Jessica Caroline Ribeiro Pinto in a telephone conversation on February 22 this year, intercepted with authorization from the Court and obtained exclusively by the UOL.
Appointed as responsible for receiving and passing on organized crime tickets to the criminal agent Docimar Pinheiro, Jessica was preemptively arrested on Tuesday (15) in an operation to comply with warrants issued by the court against the 24 involved in a scheme with crimes of corruption, criminal organization, money laundering and association for trafficking.
Docimar was caught by security cameras at the federal prison in Catanduvas (PR) while handing these tickets to CV’s bosses. Among them, Fabiano Atanásio da Silva, the FB, accused of being the main responsible for the action behind bars. Images also show an inmate reading a note to Márcio dos Santos Nepomuceno, Marcinho VP, appointed as the main boss of the criminal faction.
‘This Red Command business is very serious’
In a telephone conversation with a friend, intercepted by the Federal Police with authorization from the Court, Jessica speaks openly about her involvement in drug trafficking, citing the faction. “Mana, this Comando Vermelho business is very serious,” he said in a dialogue also on February 22nd. Jessica’s friend’s name has been preserved, as she is not on the investigated list.
Then, Jessica cites another person identified as involved in the scheme: Marcela Vasconcelos Souza Lima, “operational manager” of the FB trafficker, according to the inquiry. According to the dialogue, it was to her that Jessica asked for an increase in the remuneration paid for trafficking.
Sis, I texted Marcela. I was talking to her that I wanted a rise in cod [gíria para pagamento]. But people can’t, no (…). I sent a message to my aunt, because this week she said that the money would arrive. I’m waiting for her to answer me

Jessica then vents and talks about her plans to get out of her involvement with drug trafficking in Rio de Janeiro after paying debts.
“I talked so much with God that you would pay these debts [sic], I was going to get rid of. I didn’t even want to know more about ‘runs’ in Rio, or anything. I was going to find a way to work. Looks like the enemy has heard. He’s working so the debt won’t be paid,” she said. “Oh, sister… If you could get a job, it would be great,” replied her friend.
‘Godmother’ of crime
In another conversation that took place on February 21—the day before Jessica’s report of her request for a raise—she received a call from a woman who calls her “godmother,” a term for “faction godparents,” according to to PF.
In the dialogue, the woman, whose name was preserved by the report as she was not on the list of those investigated, says that she is not responsible for what would be a load of cocaine, according to the investigations.
“Hi, godmother (…). You remember the dust that the priest [possivelmente apelido de um traficante, segundo as investigações] gave to my sister? It was between my sister and him, I wasn’t in the middle,” he said. “I didn’t even pick up that powder,” he added.
Shots and death in a favela in Rio
The investigation also reveals conversations about shootings in a favela in Rio de Janeiro, the death of a “soldier of drug trafficking” under the age of 18 and a letter addressed to Fabiano Atanásio, the FB.
After a conversation, intercepted by justice, andBetween Marcela and Leandro Pinheiro de Oliveira, who also worked on behalf of FB in the management of drug trafficking in Rio de Janeiro, the Federal Police had access to an audio in which a man appointed by the investigation as the manager of a drug sales point said he had given shots. The man recounts what appears to have been a confrontation at the scene, which allegedly caused the death of a teenager involved with the faction.
Yeah… The guys passed the part of the hill. Guys were around here by the towers, got it? Quiet. Thank God. Only a minor [morreu no confronto]. But then, I shot for aunt to see there for the skirt. Let’s see, right.
The audio was reproduced by Leandro for Marcela and it was possible to hear it “in ambient sound”, as described by the PF in the investigation, which does not reveal the date on which the conversation took place.
letter to the boss
The PF identified an email written by Marcela and destined to FB. It is not possible to identify the date of the text or if the content was sent in one of the notes taken by criminal agent Docimar Pinheiro to the federal prison in Catanduvas (PR).
In the message, it is possible to see the intimacy between her and the drug dealer, whom Marcela refers to as “cupadre” [sic]. The original spelling of the text was kept by the report.
“My compadre, I hope that when you receive this telegram you will find yourself with health and peace in your heart. I know that what you’re going through is not easy, it’s very difficult to be disappointed in a person you were able to give your life for. I know you miss it a lot [cita o nome dos filhos de FB]. And to top it off, he’s in this horrible place, feeling powerless to solve his things,” he wrote at the beginning of the text.
“Once a week I always go here to a church where I live and I’m always praying for you”, he continues, in one of the excerpts of the letter addressed to the dealer.
what the investigated say
Wanted, the representatives of Docimar and Jessica were not located to take a stand on the case. Attorney Paloma Gurgel, who represents Marcinho VP, denies the charges. “At no time was it demonstrated by the evidence attached to the file that he was the recipient or issuer of the tickets,” he said.
The defense of Fabiano Atanásio da Silva and the other members of the CV’s top leadership appointed by the PF as part of the scheme did not manifest themselves.
