Pina colada bowl
1 serving of vegetable protein powder vanilla flavor (25-30g)
½ cup of fresh pineapple cut into cubes
½ cup of fresh coconut cut into cubes
350ml Silk unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon of chia
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 envelope of Stevia
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender glass.
2. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3. Serve in a bowl and decorate to your liking. You can use fruits or seeds.
