Chelsea opened the board meetings to fans, presenting the modalities of participation

The club will now consult with the Fans Forum and several unofficial supporters to discuss the three fan selection process.
The criteria for the nominations and the final selection will ensure that the presence of fans will be representative of our fan base. A new selection will be made before the start of each season
Successful candidates will be required to enter into a confidentiality agreement, similar to the confidentiality obligations of Chelsea Football Club board members.
Fans will attend approximately four meetings per year, or more if deemed appropriate. If they complete the year correctly, they will be tasked with selecting an English charity that will receive £ 2,500 from the club. ‘
