Culiacán, Sin.- The Secretary of Fisheries and Aquaculture of the State, Evelio Plata Inzunza, became the first official denounced before the Vice Attorney General for Electoral Crimes in Sinaloa, for promoting the campaign of the candidate of the PRI-PAN-PRD coalition, Mario Zamora Gastelum and filming video on the bus of his proselytizing campaign.
The complaint was presented to the State Attorney General, Juan José Ríos Estavillo and the special vice prosecutor in Electoral Crimes, based on articles 221 and others, relating to the National Code of Criminal Procedures, for the commission of a probable crime.
Rubén Rocha Moya, standard bearer of National Regeneration Movement and the Sinaloense Party commented that in response to the black campaign against him led by the state president, they filed the first complaint for electoral crimes against a member of his cabinet, to whom they documented various acts, during office hours.
He cited that during working hours, Plata Inzunza, attended a fishing camp, where he openly spoke that he was going to support with everything so that the candidate of the PRI-PAN-PRD coalition wins and made a video aboard the campaign bus of Zamora Gastelum, of political promotion.
Rocha Moya explained that since the government directs the political campaign of the coalition candidate “Va por Sinaloa”, MORENA and the Sinaloense Party are not going to join the working table to which all the leaders of the parties.
He stressed that they have no moral or political quality to convene said table, which they consider illegitimate, for what he established, that they will only respond to calls or appointments issued by the National Electoral Institute or the local body.
Last Saturday, he announced that entrepreneurs, such as Enrique Coppel and Heriberto Félix Guerra they launched a black campaign against him, asking them not to cultivate hatred against the candidates for popularly elected positions of the National Regeneration Movement.
