Hp Corse has created a new exhaust for the KTM 890 Duke R, fun bike equipped with a parallel twin of 890 cc and 121 HP of power. For the Austrian “Super Scalpel”, Hp Corse has imagined two different exhausts: SP-3 Carbon Short and EvoExtreme, both available in Euro 5 approved versions, but capable of giving a soul and a different aesthetic to the Mattighofen nude.
SP-3 Carbon Short
It was born in the heart of the Motor Valley, in the R&D Center of Bologna. It has scratchy aesthetic features with a diamond-cut carbon finish. Only 23 cm long, it has extreme lines emphasized by an expressly dedicated carbon cover. The silencer body can be in Titanium or in black ceramic coated steel. Euro 5 approved without DB Killer as it falls within the tolerance of the expected sound level parameters. Tested on the bench, on the track and on everyday roads, the SP-3 Carbon Short guarantees reliability and ensures superior performance at all revs compared to the original exhaust of the KTM 890 Duke R. Equipped with slip-on connection for the original collectors. Price of 780.80 euros for the Titanium version, 732.00 for the Black version.
It has a length of 31 cm and slip-on fitting for the original collectors. Thanks to its sharp lines that perfectly celebrate the angular ones of the Austrian nude, it has been imagined to marry its more racing soul. The silencer body has a variable geometry and narrows towards the fitting while the carbon fiber end cap has an “oblique” cut in the part that meets the silencer body. Euro 5 approved (with DB Killer), Evoxtreme is available in Titanium and black satin steel, has the laser engraved logo and is capable of igniting the sporty soul of the DUKE, enhancing its torque and maximum power. It costs 524,60 euro in the Black version and 549 euros in the Titanium one.
